The Construction Superintendent provides on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of commercial or residential construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding safely and in accordance with the established schedule and budget. Familiarity with construction management and office productivity software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Procore, Microsoft Teams, or other web-based or mobile document and project management solutions.
