Performs complex and specialized diagnosis and repair on resort facilities and related equipment, and systems including pumps, motors, compressors, piping, boilers, HVAC systems, mechanical drives, air handling units, valves, filtration devices, chemical feed systems, lighting systems/controls, and other related equipment and systems; and help with specialized and difficult tasks associated with plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical and mechanical projects. Maintains hand and power tools and equipment and keeps in good repair; Assists in the repair, maintenance, and installation of irrigation systems; Operates mowing equipment and other related equipment; and drives trucks and other essential vehicles.
