Commercial contracting will be a core part of the role, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, working with business teams to structure appropriate terms, and helping identify and address legal, financial, operational, and business risk. The role includes conducting legal research, working with outside specialists when appropriate, and helping improve legal processes, templates, and resources, including through thoughtful use of AI to streamline work and enhance legal output.
