Your responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and responding to repair work orders on facility systems, troubleshooting complex HVAC/R systems, and conducting routine building inspections of interior and exterior areas including walls, flooring, roofing systems, and lighting. Daily administrative tasks include submitting procurement card receipts, utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS, preferably Corrigo), completing vehicle safety inspections, and escalating issues to customers and management promptly.
