Read and follow electrical code, manuals, wiring and circuitry diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and other electrical specifications Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, systems, and components independently with minimal direction and supervision Drive ground rods and install grounding grids Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment pertinent to the electrical trade Assess jobs as needed to determine material, tool, and equipment needs Communicate and coordinate with customers to ensure successful job completion Lead smaller jobs as required Assist with paperwork and documentation for accurate record keeping Lead and mentor entry level electricians such as Electrical Apprentices. Sit, talk, hear, read, and write Walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms Kneel, stoop, bend, squat, and climb a ladder Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Work at heights up to 60ft for extended periods of time Work in confined spaces Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather Perform duties on-site and underground at industrial locations.
