Work Environment/Safety : Primarily field-based in commercial/industrial settings (indoor/outdoor, mechanical rooms, rooftops, varying weather); exposure to noise, dust, heights, water, sewage, chemicals, and confined-space hazards; must strictly adhere to OSHA regulations, plumbing codes, conduct hazard identification, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, respirators (as needed), and steel-toed boots at all times—safety is our top priority and non-negotiable. As a Service Plumber II, you'll take on greater independence in commercial plumbing service, performing routine to moderately complex repairs, maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting across systems in office buildings, schools, hospitals, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.
