Job Description: The Senior Regional Operations Director, NORAM serves as the senior operational leader for the North America region and is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, service excellence, customer experience, quality, compliance, and cost efficiency of the regional operations organization. The position provides leadership and oversight to Branch Managers, Functional Operations Directors, and other operational leaders across the region, fostering a culture of accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and employee development while ensuring sustainable and scalable growth.
