Assist the caregivers and patients, provide meds available and offer teaching to ensure comfort for pain, breathlessness, dying/transitioning or support at the time of death with compassion, integrity, respect, and dignity in all our interactions. Our Hospice Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off go above and beyond by meeting patients and families where they feel most comfortable, whether its at home, a long-term care community, assisted living residence, or hospital.
