Training is delivered through two primary formats: short, topic-driven pilot sprints that provide focused, rapid-turn instruction on specific subjects such as NEC code updates or new installation techniques, and longer, outcome-designed learning pathways that build structured skill progression over multiple sessions. The Electrical Instructor delivers structured training covering electrical safety, trade mathematics, electrical theory, blueprint reading, National Electrical Code (NEC) concepts, conduit installation, wire pulling, device installation, grounding and bonding, testing, troubleshooting, and commercial electrical construction codes and practices.
