Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, Preferably from Financial Services cloud, Sales, Service, Community/ Experience (Bare minimum 3 cloud expertise required). Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors.
