A master of business administration degree, organizational leadership, training and development, higher education administration, or related may be substituted for 18 months of experience; a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational leadership, human resources, training and development, or related may be substituted for 12 months of experience; an associate’s degree in business management, business administration, human resources, marketing, management, or related may be substituted for 6 months of experience. This includes providing operational management of workforce training and continuing education part-time, weekend, evening and off-campus training, and apprenticeship programs, promoting, enhancing and maintaining all functions and assignments, and implementing policies and procedures that fulfill the philosophy, mission and goals of the College.
