p>completion of an approved certificate in HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, boiler operations and maintenance, or plumbing from an accredited technical school or technology college and 2 years of full-time hands on experience in the maintenance and operation of commercial, industrial, institutional facility, computer applications of digital energy platforms and building analytics and/or performing diagnosis, repair of HVAC systems or boilers or auxiliary equipment; or 2 years of full-time hands on experience in a residential setting performing diagnosis, operation, maintenance repair of HVAC systems or boilers or auxiliary equipment.

• Current Radiologic Technology Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or required licensing for any imaging department modalities. li>Rotate through core areas of Hackensack Meridian Health to gain a broad background and understanding of the network, which includes, but is not limited to Human Resources, Culture/Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Patient Experience, Strategy & Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Informatics/IT, Supply Chain, Home Care, Ambulatory Services, Physician Enterprises etc. The Fellow is required to gain an in-depth understanding of the policies and procedures that directly impact a specific service line, department and/or specialty area which can be improved, resulting in a positive impact on the quality of delivery by the service line, department and/or specialty area.

li>Collaborates with the Centralized Verification Office (CVO) to ensure effective and efficient initial and/or reappointment process for all applicants to the Medical and Dental Staff ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies (The Joint Commission, CMS, federal and state), as well as the Medical Staff Constitution and Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. This role collaborates with Centralized Verification Office and Medical Center leaders to promote practitioner advocacy, departmental effectiveness, and regulatory readiness and to ultimately ensure we have the most qualified providers for patient safety.
