By leveraging strong Montessori expertise, instructional knowledge, and mentoring skills, the Montessori Instructional Coach will support educators at varying levels of Montessori experience while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, Montessori excellence, and improved student learning outcomes. The coach will provide targeted, personalized coaching; model Montessori practices; observe and reflect with teachers; support the effective use of Montessori materials and environments; and facilitate the development of classroom practices that promote independence, purposeful work, collaboration, student agency, and a love of learning.
