The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the electrical trade, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team. You’ll work alongside licensed electricians to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assist electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment </li><li>Measure, cut, bend, thread, and assemble electrical conduit and wiring under supervision </li><li>Pull wire through conduit and prepare electrical components for installation </li><li>Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites </li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner </li><li>Load and unload materials, and assist with job site preparation and clean-up </li><li>Learn electrical codes, trade practices, and company standards </li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the trade </li><li>Ability to follow directions and work under supervision </li><li>Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred </li><li>Reliable transportation to and from our shop </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks </li><li>Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions </li></ul>Preferred (but not required): <ul><li>Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship or trade school program  </li><li>OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification</li></ul>**We will assist in these items for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would aspire to learn and grow into an Electrician or future Project Manager.
