What You'll Do Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce development partners Support recruiting efforts tied to Brasfield & Gorrie's Field Apprenticeship Program Represent Brasfield & Gorrie at career fairs, school visits, classroom presentations, jobsite tours, and community events Identify and engage candidates interested in construction careers Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process Partner with field leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting teams to understand workforce needs Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data in iCIMS and related systems Help create a strong experience for students and entry-level craft candidates Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, workforce development, school partnerships, or community outreach Construction, craft, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred Experience working with high schools, technical schools, or community colleges preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness to travel throughout the assigned area High school diploma or GED required; degree or relevant certifications are a plus Why Brasfield & Gorrie At Brasfield & Gorrie, we are committed to building strong teams and creating opportunities for people to grow in the construction industry.
