You will also coach and develop Sourcing Executives, build consistent processes and training, and partner closely with Legal, Analytics, Sales / Client Executives, Information and Data Services, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive compliant, scalable, and effective execution. You will provide strategic direction across the full sourcing lifecycle, guide complex supplier negotiations, strengthen custom agreement portfolios, and ensure programs deliver measurable value for members and Vizient.
