Minimum two (2-3) years' experience in similar role or in manufacturing environment • 2-year degree in industrial technology or 3 years' experience related to industrial electrical, industrial welding or industrial plumbing preferred • Sheet Metal equipment knowledge; Laser, Turret and Press Brake • Willingness to complete maintenance certification training • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment • Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills • Basic understanding and experience with MS Office, to include Word and Excel. • Team oriented - values the synergy of a team and operates as a team player • Effectively collaborates, engages others in discussion and is hands-on in problem solving • A fast learner able to quickly come up to speed on business processes to manage and serve the needs of the organization • A passion for getting things right • Can-do attitude, committed to finding solutions • Demonstrated proficiency with handheld tools and other measuring devices • Demonstrated proficiency with written and verbal communication and/or instruction.
