Specific Duties Responsible for evaluation of all patients referred for physical therapy, including completion and submission of all reports, including: evaluation reports/summaries, discharge reports/summaries, progress reports to referring physicians, current progress notes, and special reports. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements for the position include the ability to frequently hear and communicate orally, see up close and at a distance, read and comprehend, stand, sit, walk, reach, handle, and/or feel objects.
