Job Responsibilities Manage and inspire our Associate Bankers to work as a team to deliver seamless service with care and sincerity, as well as coach them to understand our policies, procedures, products, systems, and banking transactions to ensure they succeed. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch and take charge of the branch's day-to-day operations, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional experience and feels part of a dynamic community.
