The Apprenticeship Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and expanding apprenticeship opportunities for Butler Community College students, regional employers, and workforce partners in collaboration with Workforce Education, Academic Affairs, academic programs, non-credit programs, regional workforce agencies, and the Kansas Office of Registered Apprenticeships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a commitment to supporting student success and advancing workforce development opportunities.
