Upon completion the candidate will have successfully demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of an Electrical Assembly Mechanic, to include, interpreting model-based drawings and blueprints, following work instructions, Wire bundle routing, wire stripping, terminating, wire bundle splicing, solder sleeves, connector build-up, bundle dressing, Fiber optics, RF cable handling, and bonding and grounding of parts and identifying all required hand tools, parts and equipment to accomplish defect-free work and ensuring structural integrity and safety. Upon completion the candidate will have successfully demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the work of a Mechanical Assembly Mechanic, to include, interpreting model-based drawings and blueprints, following work instructions, torquing, installing safetying devices, rigging, installation of fluid lines, component installation and identifying all required hand tools, parts and equipment to accomplish defect-free work and ensuring structural integrity and safety.
