This role combines analytical thinking, investigative work, customer communication, and problem-solving to ensure claims are handled fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and federal regulations. In this position, youll work closely with customers, agents, military representatives, national account contacts, and internal teams to gather information, determine liability, and reach appropriate claim resolutions.
