Education & Experience: ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field required ● 5+years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality environments, preferably in precision manufacturing or regulated industries ● 3+years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting, optical components and optomechanical assemblies experience preferred ● Experience owning quality systems, audits, and regulatory or customer requirements ● Experience supporting cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments preferred ● Demonstrated experience driving cross-functional quality initiatives ● Experience operating in lean or continuous improvement-driven environments.
