What your day-to-day will look like: Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated mechanical equipment while troubleshooting and repairing air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and related systems to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. Respond to customer service requests related to indoor temperature and comfort issues, perform preventive maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and support building interior and exterior repairs including lighting, roofing systems, walls, flooring, and fixtures when needed.
