Under the general supervision of an administrator specific to the grant, the incumbent will assist with the planning and implementation of the specific program; performs program administrative support duties including maintaining records, tracking data, collecting documentation for reporting, purchasing and assists in other duties as assigned that are in alignment with meeting grant objectives, activities, supporting compliance, and documenting outcomes, while promoting the mission and vision of the college. Participates in the day-to-day services and activities of assigned grant project or program; answers questions over the phone or at a front counter and resolves escalated questions and concerns from students, faculty, staff, vendors, and the public regarding assigned program and services; explains program or service processes, procedures, rules and guidelines.
