As a member of a small, autonomous team at a fast-growing technology company actively building out processes and resources, the ideal candidate is comfortable working through unfamiliar problems, exercising independent judgment, and finding solutions using available tools and experience in the absence of documentation. While heavy-duty diesel experience is valuable, we are open to candidates from a variety of technical backgrounds — including industrial maintenance, millwright, HVAC, heavy equipment, automotive, electrical, and other skilled trades — along with a dedication to representing Optimus with dignity and distinction in customer environments.
