Trade school, apprenticeship, military technical training or equivalent hands-on experience, with a skilled-trade background such as automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, welding/fabrication, manufacturing, aviation, marine/RV maintenance, construction or equipment repair. Strong technical aptitude and teamwork skills, with the confidence to speak up when something could be improved; basic knowledge of electrical systems, sensors or refrigeration is an advantage for our 6500X units (training provided).
