p>Strong understanding of mission-critical and complex project environments including data centers, Central Utility Plants, healthcare, industrial/process facilities, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing projects, with direct experience supporting fabrication operations, shop production teams, and prefabrication programs while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and schedule performance across all phases of fabrication and field installation. In collaboration with other Field Leadership and under the supervision of the Department Manager, this position will be primarily responsible for overseeing operations, Strategic planning, and personnel management of field staff within the plumbing trades, and coordinating fabrication for the assigned Project(s).
