Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review and evaluation of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate and oversee the nursing and other health care services of a program to clients across the age spectrum and / or targeted populations; supervises an assigned multidisciplinary team including professional, para-professional support staff, nursing students and interns; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members.
