Strong understanding of federal banking and consumer-protection laws and regulations,including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Truth inLending Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Military Lending Act,Privacy rules and regulations, Community Reinvestment Act, and federal prohibitions onUnfair, Deceptive, and Abuse Acts and Practices. How You Will Support the Team: The Compliance Officer reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and assists with the implementationand administration of the Bank's compliance program, which includes consumer protection,community reinvestment and volunteerism, bank secrecy and anti-money laundering, and strategicpartnership compliance management.
