Experience in Lieu of Degree: Ten (10) years of directly related experience in control account management, EVMS, forecasting, scheduling, operational performance management, financial planning, or program controls leadership may be considered in lieu of degree requirements. Manages control account performance management activities including forecasting governance, financial performance visibility, baseline integrity, EVMS compliance, and workforce coordination across assigned programs and portfolios.
