Reporting to the Director, Greenfield and Community Development, this role brings internal partners and external consultants together to move projects from site evaluation through due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting, and development readiness. Lead technical due diligence for prioritized Greenfield sites, including geological, environmental, cultural, engineering, land use, utility, access, and constructability assessments.
