Your experience includes: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline and 5+ years of experience; or a Masters degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline and 3+ years of experience; or a PhD and 0+ years of experience; or equivalent education and experience. The MPI team manages wafer builds and engineering optimizations involving lasers and laser light paths, plasmonic transducers, electronic and magnetic elements, material selection, and thermal management in support of Seagates Heat-Assisted Magnetic Recording (HAMR) technology.
