This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Operations, QuickBooks Small Business and Platform, with the scope and visibility of someone operating at the center of the business: serving as a critical partner to our VPs of Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success & Delivery, and becoming the person senior leaders come to for advice, fast clarity, and an unvarnished read on where things really stand. You will structure ambiguous problems, establish priorities, and personally engage in the most complex and high-impact work, whether that means uncovering the next growth vector before anyone else sees it, figuring out where AI can meaningfully change how QuickBooks serves small businesses, or building the operating system that turns a bold idea into a shipped outcome.
