Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Sunnyvale is seeking a Plant/Facility Opertions Director to plan, organize, supervise, coordinate and control the activities of the facilities management functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities and grounds of this hospital in an operative and safe working condition. As the facility designated Safety Officer, develops, implements, and monitors hospital and safety management programs based on evaluation of organizational expertise, applicable law, regulations, and accepted practice; ensures that the hospital and department comply with JCAHO, federal, state and local requirements.
