8+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role in commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, means and methods, and all major trades Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate complex project activities Experience managing occupied facilities, phased work, or highly client-facing environments is a plus Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification preferred CPR and First Aid certification preferred Experience with Procore and construction scheduling software Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
