Lead Salesforce solution design for system integrations (APIs, middleware, external systems) in partnership with MuleSoft development teams, enterprise integration teams, and external partners, including integrations with loan origination systems, credit decisioning platforms, and third-party financial services platforms. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert and trusted advisor, providing architecture guidance, evaluating Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging features, and shaping secure, scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
