The Instructional Designer will play a central role in defining how Oracle develops, qualifies, and advances its critical facilities workforce-creating learning programs that directly influence site readiness, operational consistency, employee capability, and the long-term maturity of the data center operations organization. This role will partner with technical subject matter experts, Operations, Engineering, Commissioning, and other stakeholders to transform complex technical information into structured curricula, qualification pathways, assessments, instructor-led courses, digital learning, and performance-support tools.
