A Qualifying Software Solution must meet all of the following attributes: • At least five million dollars ($5M) in Information Technology software contract cost in development and implementation, excluding maintenance and operations; • A solution that can accommodate at least twenty (20) internal end users; • A solution that provides a public website with at least one hundred thousand (100,000) external user logins; • A solution that manages highly confidential data and Personal Identifying Information; and. Leading automated and manual accessibility testing, in collaboration with the Test Lead, to test tools utilized by people with disabilities, including but not limited to keyboard navigation, screen reader testing, semantics testing, color contrast, focus, reading order, alternative text, language, and reading level.
