As a Project Controller / Commercial Project Manager within Siemens Energy's Real Estate Finance organization, you will serve as a trusted finance business partner to the Real Estate project management organization, taking ownership of the financial execution and controlling of a dedicated portfolio of large-scale construction projects. Lead the financial execution and controlling of a dedicated portfolio of Real Estate construction projects, including annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, cost recognition, actual reporting, CAPEX tracking, free cash flow, gross costs, depreciation, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
