What You'll Do: As a SAM Architect, you will serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) engagements and pre-sales activities, spanning software entitlement, license position, SaaS management, and audit defense. Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of an organization, from software asset managers and platform teams to VP of Procurement, CIO, CFO, and C-suite executives, translating compliance, licensing, and cost concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
