It provides supervision to Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Student Nurse Assistants, Trauma Techs, Paramedics, Unit Secretary(s) and Staffing Coordinator(s). Working closely with unit managers and the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, the House Administrator ensures units and caregivers run effectively, conflicts are resolved, and policies are followed.
