We are seeking an experienced full time Structural Designer/Drafter.Candidates should be able to work on large Senior Living/ILF/ALF & Multifamily Mid-rise, both new construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities include providing support for the Engineer in management of assigned projects, assuring the total quality of all the engineering efforts of the project in meeting the client's expectations within the project budget and schedule. Position will entail significant Revit and CADD production according to our standards, practices and policies.Assists in calculations, design and CAD drafting of schematic, design development and construction documents for all projects with strong emphasis on Senior Living Facilities, Health Care, Multi-Family, Retail and Community projects.Duties will include, but not limited to:Prepare plans for new or modified systemsResponsible for using CAD and Revit software for layout diagrams, schematics and construction documentsQualifications:Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (3 – 5 years of experience).
