Track and improve department KPIs including drain-to-sewer lead generation, sewer lead conversion, average ticket, revenue, gross profit, follow-up completion, customer satisfaction, and overall team performance. You'll oversee our Drain Technicians, Sewer Sales Consultants, and Inside Sales Representative, ensuring opportunities are generated, qualified, sold, scheduled, and completed while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
