Maintain and attend scheduled nurse visits (e.g., injections, medication reviews, acute assessments, immunizations, BP checks) and assist with non-scheduled nursing needs as they arise (e.g., ECGs, NST setup, stabilizing acutely ill patients). You are highly organized and detail-oriented, coordinating patient communications such as lab results, medication refills, dosage changes, and provider instructions with accuracy and professionalism.
