Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.Job responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies</li><li>Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources</li><li>Own and drive execution and delivery for large, complex projects, ensuring all project management controls are followed</li><li>Develop and communicate clear program plans, executive summaries, and project status updates</li><li>Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and resources, coordinating with stakeholders and partners</li><li>Oversee change management activities, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Engage with Scrum of Scrums, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to stay updated on activities and manage the book of work</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and understanding their needs</li><li>Continuously assess and improve delivery processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Conduct post-implementation reviews and lead lessons learned sessions</li></ul>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area</li><li>Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area</li><li>Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities</li><li>Experience in product deployment processes </li><li> 4+ years of Project Manager experience, ideally in banking or financial services </li><li> Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field </li><li> Strong understanding of delivery processes with a track record of driving continuous improvement </li><li> Experience in release management, deployment processes, and strategies across products or platforms </li><li> Skilled in working within matrixed organizations and driving cross-functional collaboration </li><li> Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with effective communication at all levels </li><li> Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Teams </li></ul>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills<ul><li>Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle</li><li> Proficient knowledge of the product design, and data analytics </li><li> Master's Degree, PMP Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) </li><li> Strong understanding of the technical aspects of features being delivered </li><li> Excellent adaptability to pivot strategies and respond to changing circumstances </li><li> Experience with regulatory, compliance, and risk management in banking</li></ul>Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
