You'll lead day-to-day activity for an assigned distribution department, guiding exempt and non-exempt team members to meet goals for safety, culture, cost, service, quality, and inventory accuracy. Reporting to the Operations Leader, you'll translate operational priorities into clear shift plans, develop employees, and partner across departments and site functions.
