This role is responsible for leading the facilities maintenance and planning organization, including maintenance leaders, schedulers, planners, craft resources, and contractor support, to ensure facility infrastructure, buildings and grounds, safety-related work, plant outages, and maintenance schedules are managed through a disciplined, reliable, and business-aligned operating model. This role provides leadership for facility infrastructure, buildings and grounds, safety-related work orders, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives to ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and operationally effective condition.
