Responsibilities: Care for patients with diagnoses like CABG, CVA, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, GI bleeds, DKA, STEMI, septic shock, respiratory failure, neuro surgery; manage titratable drips including Dopamine, Epi, Norepi, and more; read and interpret Spacelab strips; collaborate with hospitalist or intensivist teams; assist in patient stabilization and recovery. This role involves providing specialized care for critically ill neuro, medical, and surgical patients in a busy ICU environment, with an emphasis on patient monitoring and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
