This role is embedded within the ASCC to promote coordination, synchronization, and cooperation between AMC and the Combatant Command-aligned ASCC.ASCCs exercise mission command under the authority of their assigned Combatant Commands and maintain administrative control (ADCON) over Army forces within their Area of Responsibility (AOR). AMC supports ASCCs by delivering, integrating, and synchronizing sustainment capabilities from the Strategic Support Area (SSA) to the tactical point of need.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as AMC's trusted agent and conduit to ASCC, maintaining open lines of communication to support Army requirements.</li><li>Keep AMC leadership informed of ASCC activities, particularly those impacting AMC operations.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate daily engagements, briefings, and senior leader visits between AMC and ASCC.</li><li>Develop and deliver weekly written reports (e.g., Information Papers, Executive Summaries) to AMC G3 Operations and Readiness Directorate.</li><li>Represent AMC in meetings with ASCC staff, communicating AMC's positions and gathering feedback.</li><li>Maintain strong working relationships with key ASCC personnel to ensure AMC access and influence.</li><li>Respond to taskers, inquiries, and requests for information, ensuring timely and accurate responses.</li><li>Prepare official correspondence, reports, position papers, and fact sheets.</li><li>Research and interpret regulations, policies, and directives to support AMC-ASCC coordination.</li><li>Advise on AMC contingency planning and inform AMC leadership on Combatant Command (CCMD) and ASCC war plan development.</li><li>Track and report on ASCC actions of interest, attending meetings and providing updates to AMC leadership.</li></ul>Required Skills & Attributes:<ul><li>Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and innovation in high-level liaison roles.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage sensitive and potentially controversial issues.</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly to senior leaders.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and collaboration tools.</li><li>Experience in preparing and delivering high-quality briefings and written products.</li></ul>Experience & Education:<ul><li>Master's degree (MA/MS) in a related field with 15+ years of relevant experience, including senior-level military or civilian roles.</li><li>In lieu of a degree, 25+ years of related military experience may be substituted.</li></ul>

Shall actively engage Soldiers at transition points and MFIG to inform and educate them on opportunities ( i.e. educational credentialing, certification, volunteering, and/or employment) in local communities where they potentially will set up domicile after transitioning from active service. These ARES will also ensure that all units assigned within their respective regions are briefed and receive official P3O publications, flyers, posters, and any other media related materials that highlight P3O efforts to support all USAR Soldiers and dependents.

Overview:
GKG is seeking an Army Readiness Employment Specialist Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-left:0in">ARES Leads shall conduct briefings that relate to local and regional opportunities at Transition Points as desired or directed; Services and or briefings may be rendered in person, preferred, or virtually.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Be the technical advisors, communication center points, regional administrators, and provide a conduit to share best practices</li><li style="margin-left:0in">These ARES will also ensure that all units assigned within their respective regions are briefed and receive official P3O publications, flyers, posters, and any other media related materials that highlight P3O efforts to support all USAR Soldiers and dependents</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Brief their respective region’s leadership staff and other related USAR organizations on P3O related services and available opportunities that support Soldiers, Veterans, DAC, and dependents.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Shall actively engage Soldiers at transition points and MFIG to inform and educate them on opportunities ( i.e. educational credentialing, certification, volunteering, and/or employment) in local communities where they potentially will set up domicile after transitioning from active service.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Connect to potential local and regional opportunities, continued TAP services, and USAR tangible and intangible benefits. TRLs are to</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Report how many Soldiers were assisted within the monthly</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Formulate and maintain a close working relationship with ARCG to potentially improve strength readiness.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Report number of TAP briefings as well as breakdown of Soldiers, other services members, and dependents briefed as applicable.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Provide P3O support services to Soldiers transitioning into USAR units under their responsible commands. Document the number and amount of time spent with each Soldier and submit this data within the monthly reports.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Provide assistance with the management, oversight, guidance, and support of P3O programs in the furtherance of developing a private sector partner and/or collaborator.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Keep an active list of private sector partners to include POC information and current initiatives, programs and projects that help support P3O’s mission, strategic goals and This list must be readily available to P3O staff, FC, MSC, and RD commanders.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Provide monthly report that indicates outreach efforts with P3O industry.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li style="margin-left:0in">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field from a college or university that is accredited by a national or regional agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Minimum (2) years of management experience.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Five (5) years of work experience in human resources related positions, public relations, career counseling, or recruiting/job placement.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">Must possess demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in customer service skills, use of routine office equipment, Microsoft Office computer programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and web-based applications.</li><li style="margin-left:0in">A NACI is also required for this position.</li></ul>
